The main symptoms of coronavirus are:
A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital if you have these symptoms. Stay at home.
What should I do if I have COVID-19 symptoms and when should I seek medical care?
You can use over-the-counter medications, such as paracetamol, to help with some of your symptoms. Use these according to the instructions on the packet or label and do not exceed the recommended dose.
Seek immediate medical care if you have difficulty breathing or pain/pressure in the chest. If possible, call your health care provider in advance, so he/she can direct you to the right health facility.
How can we protect others and ourselves if we don't know who is infected?
Practicing hand and respiratory hygiene is important at ALL times and is the best way to protect others and yourself.
How to shop safely?
When shopping, keep at least 2-metre distance from others and avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose. If possible, sanitize the handles of shopping trolleys or baskets before shopping. Once home, wash your hands thoroughly and also after handling and storing your purchased products.

Yes, Eddy is continuing to serve its customers. All delivery time are stated on each page and we look to deliver in the time frame advertised but please be aware due to the unprecedented times please be aware delays could occur, we at Eddys Design appreciate your understanding and patience!
Are delivery times affected?
Due to the current situation, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual at the moment but again we will try our best to get your item to you within the time advertised.
Is it safe to receive orders?

Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Eddys delivery associates and partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers, this may include placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, the driver will complete the check at a distance.
